A welfare cabin comprises a freshwater tank 28 arranged to deliver water to one or more washing facilities within the cabin. A grey water tank 38 is arranged to receive water from an outlet of washing facilities e.g. tap, wash basing and or drain. A toilet 40 is arranged to receive water from the grey water tank and a waste tank 48 is connected to an outlet of the toilet. The grey water tank may be a holding tank for water to be used as flush water for the toilet. The grey water tank may comprise a chemical cleaning product such as a fluid or a dissolvable solid cleaning product. A rainwater collector 26 may be arranged to collect water on the roof. The cabin may comprise a controller 42 arranged to receive a signal from sensors 58, 60 and a valve controlled by a signal from sensors sent to the controller. The cabin may comprise an engine generator 56 and a conduit 54 from the grey and or wastewater tank to the combustion engine to deliver water to the engine to be evaporated.
