A perovskite structure oxide and a pyrochlore structure oxide are composited, a solid phase reaction method is used for ball milling, drying, forming and calcining to produce a disc-shaped blank body, a thermistor ceramic having high temperature resistance and a controllable B value is formed by high temperature sintering, a thermistor disc is produced by coating a platinum paste, and a thermistor element is formed by performing slicing and soldering a platinum wire to act as a lead wire. The thermistor can implement temperature measurement from room temperature to 1000°C, has good negative temperature coefficient thermistor characteristics, and can adjust the thermistor coefficient B by changing a two-phase ratio so as to meet requirements in different systems.
