A decking assembly and decking support assembly
A decking support assembly comprising a joist 404 and a support bracket 402 with a base portion 406 and spaced apart uprights 418, 420 (fig.7), the joist is vertically slidable between the uprights and therefore attachable at varying heights. The upright portions may define at least one outwardly facing channels 444 (fig.7) for receiving a fastener. A plurality of support brackets may be used to receive a single joist at an angle to the surface on which the support rests. There may be a spacer 806 (fig.18) underneath the support bracket in a mating relationship therewith. Also disclosed is a decking assembly wherein a panel comprises an overhanging portion 270 (fig.10) which engages a slot on defined by an edge profile component 258 (fig.10). Further disclosed is a decking support assembly comprising a joist having a channel for receiving a retention member 136 (fig.1) which defines a threaded bore for receiving a threaded shaft 108 (fig.1).
