Folding window assembly
The folding window assembly 100 comprises: a frame 102 defining an aperture 104 and first 200 and second glass panels 206, wherein the panels are connected via a hinge 212 to fold relative to each other; the first panel is attached to the frame via a hinge 214 at the side opposite to the second panel, and the second panel is attached to a carriage 320 at the other side, the frame comprising a guide track 322 along the frame for the carriage, allowing the carriage to be driven to move the panels between open and closed configurations, with the aperture at least partially uncovered, and the aperture covered by the panels, respectively. The carriage may have a guide pin to fit in a guide track slot with a terminal detour portion. Also claimed is a method of operating the folding window assembly and a marine pleasure craft with the folding window assembly.
