Cistern assembly
A flush actuator for a cistern assembly comprising a handle 60, a spindle (64, fig 7) coupled to the handle at a first end and having a socket 642 at a second end for coupling receipt of a flushing shank, a sleeve 63 within which the spindle is rotatably received and a fastener 63a for securing the actuator to a panel AP. Preferably the handle is releasably coupled to the spindle by a coupling shank 603 which engages a coupling socket (641, fig 10). The coupling socket may have a cross sectional shape comprising splines that cooperates in only one relative orientation. Further disclosed is a flush actuator assembly, wherein the flushing shank is coupled to a cistern mount by a knuckle (653, fig 13) that enables the shank to axially rotate and tilt. The actuator is preferably for use in a concealed cistern assembly employing a removable syphon.
