A tamper-evident packaging box comprises: a box body 10; a hollow cavity 11 in the box body 10; a slidabledisk 12 in the hollow cavity 11; a placement table 13 on the slidable disk 12; sliders 14 on a lower end surface of the slidable disk 12; a sliding cavity 28 communicated with the hollow cavity 11 and an outer space; and a slidable plate 40 in the sliding cavity 28. When a tamper-evident device 200 is not opened, the packaging box can be used normally. After the tamper-evident function begins, when the packaging box is opened again, an elastic spring of the slidable plate 40 is broken and the packaging box can be used continuously; however, the slidable plate 40 cannot slide automatically any more.The invention is intended to be simple in structure and convenient in operation.
