Adjustable orbital track assembly
An adjustable orbital track 100 for a pile or tubular pipe 102 comprising an inner band 104, an outer track 106 for supporting a movable tool (192, fig.11A) and defining a travel path to guide the movable tool and an adjustable ring 108 coupling the inner band and outer track, wherein altering the angle of the adjustable ring relative to the inner band alters the angle of the outer track relative to the inner band. The inner band may be clamped to the pile. There may be a pivot assembly (128, fig.4A) comprising an axle (144, fig.4A) and bearing (142, fig4A) enabling rotation between the adjustable ring and inner band. The adjustable ring may comprise sub rings with slotted apertures that overlap each other and receive fixing members to fix the sub rings relative to one another. The movable tool may comprise a cutting or welding tool.
