A footwear cleaning device comprising a base with a plurality of cleaning portions 1, 2, 3, wherein each of the cleaning portions is arranged to provide a different cleaning function, and wherein one at least of the cleaning portions comprises a fluid delivery means 23 arranged to direct fluid at the footwear, and at least one of the cleaning portions comprises a rigid scraper 31, 32. The base 4 preferably includes a liquid inlet which may include a hose connector (24, fig 2) and a tap or valve may be present to vary the amount of liquid through the inlet. The fluid delivery means is preferably an elongate member (23, fig 3) with a plurality of perforated conduits that deliver fluid in an upwards direction. The base may include a drain.
