The mobile vaccination station comprises a box body mounted on a chassis, said box body having a bounded interior, an access door being provided at a forward end of a first side wall permitting pedestrian access into said box body; and a plurality of patient treatment bays 18, 20 being provided in the interior the box body. There may be partition walls 22A, 22B, 24A, 24B, 26 between patient bays 18, 20 to provide privacy and reduce cross contamination between patients. There may be storage spaces 32, sinks 34 for handwashing, waste receptacles, chairs 28, workstations, wheelchair access ramps 38, external power connections with associated sockets, lockable refrigerated storage units, scanning devices 44 or electronic display devices. The station may be a van with a front driver cabin and a vehicle weight less than 3500kg.
