A first mounting section has a first side and an opposing second side. A second mounting section connected to the first mounting section, the second mounting section having a first side and a second side, the first and second side defining a second mounting plane arranged in an angle different from 0° in relation to a first mounting plane. A positioning section is connected to the second mounting section, the positioning section having a first positioning side and a second positioning side and a tip section comprising a tip point arranged in a tip plane.
