The fixed assembly has a fixed seat 51 and an upper cover 52. The transmission assembly includes a power portion 61 and a speed-changing portion 62, with a big speed-changing gear 621and a small speed-changing gear 622. A transmission portion 63 has a first transmission gear 6311 engaged with a small speed-changing gear 622, and a second transmission gear 6321 disengaged from the first transmission gear 6311. There is also a scroll spring 64 with its two ends connected to the two transmission gears.
