Manufacturing method of composite panel
Method of forming a composite panel comprising providing a flexible sheet, attaching at least one lamellar board to cover an attachment surface of the flexible sheet to form a lamellar structure and a cutting step of cutting a plurality of longitudinal grooves parallel to one another in the structure such that they form a plurality of lamellar strips and the structure is able to be bent in to a curved configuration. The flexible sheet may be paper, fabric, plastic or metal, the lamellar board may be wood, fire-resistant or fibre boards. In the attaching step the lamellar structure layer may be formed of a plurality of lamellar boards arranged side by side.
