Method and structure for forming a honeycomb curtain
A honeycomb curtain consists of a plurality of stacked tubes, each tube made of a woven net fabric. Top (11) and bottom (21) portions of each tube are more tightly woven than the sides (12) and serve as locations for adhesive to be applied. Outer edges (121) of the tube when flattened have similar tightly-woven portions. Twisted yarn made be used for the tightly-woven portions. Plural tubes are flattened by a pressing process, adhesive is applied to the top portion (11) of each tube, the tubes are then stacked and pressed so that they bond to each other via the adhesive (e.g. fig.4), and the curtain thus formed is then cut to the required size.
