Weatherboard edge trimming mounting system
A weatherboard cladding system provides a simplified and improved process for mounting and edge trimming. The system eliminates the need for wooden battens and female edge trims, thereby reducing labour and material costs, while providing a more streamlined installation process. The system includes packing elements 3 which are configured to be secured directly to the exterior wall 9 of a structure. These packing elements 3 support the weatherboard cladding panels 11 and provide a groove for coupling a male edge trim 12. This edge trim 12 conceals the edge of the cladding 11, providing a clean finish while retaining the cladding in position. The system can also include packing spacer elements 10 that provide additional support and spacing for the cladding panels.
