PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective housing capable of blocking passerby's view and protecting privacy.SOLUTION: A collective housing X comprises: a first dwelling unit A and a second dwelling unit B at a first floor; and a common passage T1, which is located so that a line L along a passage direction passes between the first dwelling unit A and the second dwelling unit B. A wall A10 of the first dwelling unit A includes a first wall A11 facing the common passage T1 and a second wall A12 with an invisible region to which a sight line from the common passage T1 does not reach directly. The first wall A11 is confined without window. The second wall A12 has a window A14 on a part including the invisible region.
【課題】 外来者の視線を遮り、プライバシーを保つことができる集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 集合住宅Ｘは、１階に設けられた第一住戸Ａ及び第二住戸Ｂと、通行方向に沿った線Ｌが第一住戸Ａ及び第二住戸Ｂ間を通るように配置された共用通路Ｔ１とを備える。第一住戸Ａの壁Ａ１０は、共用通路Ｔ１を臨む第一壁Ａ１１と、共用通路Ｔ１からの視線が直接届かない不可視領域を有する第二壁Ａ１２とを含む。第一壁Ａ１１は、窓を有さず閉ざされている。第二壁Ａ１２には、不可視領域を含む部分に窓Ａ１４が設けられる。【選択図】 図１
