ROLL SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF VIBRATION COMPACTION MACHINE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit vibration from an excitation device located outside a roll, and to prevent relative vibration, resonance in particular, between a vibration transmission member and the roll.SOLUTION: In a vibration compaction machine which comprises, in a roll 2, a rotating shaft 13 pivoted by bearings 18, 19 at its both ends, and integrally rotating with the roll 2, and in which the vibration of an excitation device located outside the roll 2 is transmitted to the roll 2 via a vibration transmission member, the bearings 18, 19 and the rotating shaft 13, the bearings 18, 19 are constituted of rolling bearings, and preloads are applied to the rolling bearings by the vibration transmission member into the inside of a roll width direction. The vibration transmission member comprises side frames 3, 4 arranged at both sides of a vehicle body, and brackets 14, 16 which are attached to the side frames 3, 4, and support the bearings 18, 19. The brackets 14, 16 are attached so as to press the side frames 3, 4 to the outside of the roll width direction, and reaction forces from the side frames 3, 4 are applied to the bearings 18, 19 as the preloads.
【課題】ロールの外部にある起振装置からの振動をロールに効率良く伝達させ、かつ、振動伝達部材とロール間の相対的な振動、特に共振を防止する。【解決手段】ロール2の内部に、両端が軸受18,19により支承されてロール2と一体に回転する回転軸13を備え、ロール2の外部にある起振装置の振動が振動伝達部材と軸受18,19と回転軸13とを介してロール2に伝達される振動締固め機械において、軸受18,19を転がり軸受から構成し、各転がり軸受に振動伝達部材によってロール幅方向内方に予圧を加える。振動伝達部材は、車体の両側に配されるサイドフレーム3,4と、サイドフレーム3,4に取り付けられ軸受18,19を支持するブラケット14,16と、を備え、ブラケット14,16はサイドフレーム3,4をロール幅方向外方に押圧するように取り付けられ、サイドフレーム3,4からの反力が軸受18,19に予圧として加わる。【選択図】図3
