FIXING REINFORCEMENT, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FIXING REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing reinforcement capable of being manufactured at a low cost with no labor.SOLUTION: A fixing reinforcement includes an arrangement reinforcement and a plate-like fixing member having a predetermined thickness and arranged at a predetermined position in length direction of the arrangement reinforcement. The fixing member includes a through hole in which the arrangement reinforcement can be inserted, at a central part of the fixing member. A corner section between the arrangement reinforcement and the fixing member positioned on one end side in the length direction of the arrangement reinforcement, in a state where the arrangement reinforcement is inserted in the through hole of the fixing member, and a corner section between the arrangement reinforcement and the fixing member positioned on the other end side in the length direction of the arrangement reinforcement, are welded by fillet-welding.
【課題】安価で手間をかけずに製造可能な定着鉄筋を提供すること。【解決手段】配筋用鉄筋と、前記配筋用鉄筋の長手方向の所定位置に配置され、所定の厚さを有する板状の定着部材と、を備え、前記定着部材は、当該定着部材の中央部に前記配筋用鉄筋が挿通可能な貫通孔を備える定着部材であり、前記配筋用鉄筋を前記定着部材の前記貫通孔に挿通した状態で、前記配筋用鉄筋の長手方向の一端側に位置する前記定着部材と前記配筋用鉄筋との隅角部と、前記配筋用鉄筋の長手方向の他端側に位置する前記定着部材と前記配筋用鉄筋との隅角部と、をすみ肉溶接により溶接した。【選択図】図1
