PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration detection apparatus configured to remove noise, such as fouling, from an image obtained by capturing a concrete structure, a deterioration detection method and a program thereof.SOLUTION: A deterioration detection apparatus 100 for automatically detecting a deteriorated part on a surface of a concrete structure, from an image of the concrete structure, by image processing includes: two edge extraction sections 22, 23 for extracting different deteriorated part candidate pixels by detecting edges in different directions, on the basis of the image of the concrete structure; a logical product calculation section 24 which generates a noise-removed image by calculating a logical product of the deteriorated part candidate pixels extracted by the edge extraction sections 22, 23; and a deterioration detection section 30 which detects a deteriorated part from the noise-removed image.
【課題】コンクリート構造物を撮像した画像から汚れ等のノイズを除去することができる劣化検出装置、劣化検出方法及びそのプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る劣化検出装置１００は、コンクリート構造物の画像から、コンクリート構造物の表面に生じた劣化部分を画像処理によって自動検出する劣化検出装置１００であって、コンクリート構造物の画像に基づいて、それぞれ異なる方向のエッジを検出することによりそれぞれ異なる劣化部分候補画素を抽出する２つのエッジ抽出部２２及び２３と、２つのエッジ抽出部２２及び２３のそれぞれが抽出した劣化部分候補画素の論理積を算出することによりノイズ除去画像を生成する論理積演算部２４と、ノイズ除去画像から劣化部分を検出する劣化検出部３０とを備える。【選択図】図１
