PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a liquid injection head having a piezoelectric element improved in breakdown resistance against a DC voltage in regard to a piezoelectric material including bismuth and iron; a liquid injection device; and such a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A liquid injection head comprises: a pressure-generation chamber 12 communicating to a nozzle opening 21 for ejecting liquid; and a piezoelectric element 300 including a first electrode 60, a piezoelectric material layer 70 provided on the first electrode 60 and a second electrode 80 provided on the piezoelectric material layer 70. In the liquid injection head, the piezoelectric material layer 70 includes at least bismuth and iron by 50 mol% or more; the current-time curve of the piezoelectric material layer 70 obtained by applying a voltage across the first electrode 60 and the second electrode 80 has two or more polarity changing points.
