    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition useful for forming a protective layer on a graphite sheet by coating, in which the photocurable resin composition can suppress occurrence of warpage between the graphite sheet and the protective layer.SOLUTION: A photocurable resin composition contains component (A) urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, component (B) linear alkylenediol di(meth)acrylate, component (C) arylalkyl (meth)acrylate or cycloalkyl (meth)acrylate, and component (D) a photopolymerization initiator.

    【課題】グラファイトシートに塗布により保護層を形成する際に有用な光硬化型樹脂組成物であって、グラファイトシートと保護層との間におけるうきの発生を大きく抑制できる光硬化型樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】光硬化型樹脂組成物は、成分（Ａ）ウレタン（メタ）アクリレートオリゴマー、成分（Ｂ）直鎖アルキレンジオールジ（メタ）アクリレート、成分（Ｃ）アリールアルキル（メタ）アクリレート、又はシクロアルキル（メタ）アクリレート、及び成分（Ｄ）光重合開始剤を含有する。【選択図】なし
