ADDITIVE ADDING DEVICE AND ADDITIVE ADDING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive adding device which can suitably add an additive such as steel slug to an object to be added such as dredge soil which moves on a belt conveyor in a state that the additive is equally dispersed, and an additive adding method.SOLUTION: In an additive adding device, a rotary feeder 4 arranged above a belt conveyor 1 is arranged so that a rotating shaft 11 of a supply rotating body 10 is in parallel with a belt width direction of the belt conveyor 1, dispersion inclined bodies 17A, 17B and 17C which are inclined to rotation axial directions so that their inclinations differ from one another at adjoining notched parts are arranged at internal bottom parts of the notched parts 13A, 13B and 13C which are formed between blades 12, 12 of the supply rotating body 10, and additives B which are dispersed while being made to differ in distributions in the respective rotation axial directions at the adjoining notched parts 13A, 13B and 13C are made to sequentially fall on an object A to be added which moves on the belt conveyor 1.
【課題】ベルトコンベア上を移動する浚渫土等の被添加物に対し製鋼スラグ等の添加材を均等に分散させた状態で好適に添加することができる添加材添加装置及び添加材の添加方法の提供。【解決手段】ベルトコンベア1の上方に配置された回転式フィーダ4が供給用回転体10の回転軸11をベルトコンベア1のベルト幅方向と平行になるように配置され、供給用回転体10の羽根板12,12間に形成された各切り出し部13A,13B,13Cの内底部に、互いに隣り合う切り出し部でそれぞれ傾きが異なるように回転軸方向に傾斜した分散用傾斜体17A,17B,17Cを備え、互いに隣り合う切り出し部13A,13B,13Cでそれぞれ回転軸方向での分布を違えて分散させた添加材Bがベルトコンベア1上を移動する被添加物Aに順次投下されるようにした添加材添加装置。【選択図】図1
