PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device calculating a use charge of circulating water and drinking water of a circulating water utilization system and being suitable for the circulating water utilization system when a new circulating water utilization system is considered.SOLUTION: A charging device 10 of a circulating water utilization system 1 constructed at a specific district as an object comprises: discharged water amount measurement means 18a for individually measuring a discharged water amount discharged from each of individual water consumer units; water quality measurement means 18b for individually measuring a water quality index related to water quality of discharged water discharged from each of the individual water consumer units; and a circulating water use charge calculation section 10A for calculating a circulating water use charge of each of the individual water consumer units on the basis of the discharged water amount and the water quality of the discharged water discharged from each of the individual water consumer units.
【課題】新規な循環水利用システムを検討するにあたり、その循環水及び飲用水の利用料金を算出する該システムに適した課金装置を提供すること。【解決手段】特定の地域を対象として構築される循環水利用システム１の課金装置１０であって、小口水需要体の各々から排出される排出水量を夫々計測する排出水量計測手段１８ａと、小口水需要体の各々から排出される排出水の水質に関する水質指標を夫々測定する水質測定手段１８ｂと、小口水需要体の各々から排出される排出水量及び排出水の水質に基づいて、小口水需要体の各々の循環水使用料金を算出する循環水使用料金算出部１０Ａと、を備える。【選択図】図１
