MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WOODEN PLATE-LIKE BUILDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of wooden plate-like building material capable of improving design performance on groove parts.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of wooden plate-like building material includes the steps of: laminating a surface decorative plate 3 over a wooden base material 2; applying a base coating 10 for facilitating removal of offset printing paint 11 which is applied afterward to the surface 7a excluding a groove inner faces 8a in the groove bottom where the wooden base material is exposed in at least a wooden base material 1A where a groove 8 formed in a surface 7 reaches the layer of the wooden base material; forming a wood grain pattern by means of offset printing on the surface including the groove inner faces; and removing the offset printing paint applied over the surface while maintaining a wood grain pattern 11A which is formed on the inner faces of the groove.
【課題】溝部の意匠性を向上し得る木質板状建材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木質板状建材の製造方法は、木質系基材２に表面化粧板３を積層し表面７に該木質系基材の層内に達するように溝部８が形成された板状部材１Ａにおける少なくとも前記木質系基材が露出する溝底側の溝部内面８ａを除いた表面７ａに塗着させるように、後に塗布されるオフセット印刷用塗料１１を除去し易くするためのベース塗料１０を塗布し、前記溝部内面を含む表面にオフセット印刷によって木目模様を施し、前記溝部内面に施された木目模様１１Ａを残すように、表面に塗布されたオフセット印刷用塗料を除去する。【選択図】図１
