PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic sign projection system in which the visibility of a sign is satisfactory with no secular deterioration, and the content of the sign is changeable.SOLUTION: A traffic sign projection system 1 includes: a sign projection part 5 for projecting a sign pattern by emitting a laser; a background projection part 7 for emitting the light of a red spot light 11 and a green spot light 12 to project a background pattern by overlapping it on the sign pattern; and a system control part 10 having a data storage part 16 for storing sign data 14 of the sign pattern and background data 15 of the background pattern in association with a plurality of traffic signs and a data transmission part 19 for transmitting the sign data 14 to the sign projection part 5, and for transmitting the background data 15 to the background projection part 7.
【課題】標示の視認性が良好で経年劣化がなく、且つ、標示内容を変更可能な交通標識投影システムを提供する。【解決手段】交通標識投影システム１は、レーザを照射して標識パターンを投影する標識投影部５と、赤色スポットライト１１及び緑色スポットライト１２の光を照射して背景パターンを標識パターンに重ね合わせて投影する背景投影部７と、標識パターンの標識データ１４及び背景パターンの背景データ１５を複数の交通標識に対応させて記憶したデータ記憶部１６、及び、標識データ１４を標識投影部５に送信すると共に及び背景データ１５を背景投影部７に送信するデータ送信部１９を有するシステム制御部１０とを具備する。【選択図】図３
