REPAIRING METHOD FOR FATIGUE CRACK FORMED IN STEEL GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method capable of preventing the progress of a fatigue crack formed in a steel girder subjected to repeated loads and restoring the strength having been degraded by the occurrence of the cracks.SOLUTION: A resin such as an epoxy resin or an urethane resin is injected into a fatigue crack 2 having occurred in a steel girder 1 to receive repeated loads, and a fiber containing reinforcement material 4 is adhered around the fatigue crack 2 thereby to suppress the progress of the fatigue crack. The fiber containing reinforcement material 4 can be exemplified by the strand of carbon fibers worked into a sheet shape.
【課題】繰り返し載荷を受ける鋼製桁に生じた疲労亀裂の進展を防止するとともに、亀裂発生によって低下した強度を回復させることができる補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】繰り返し載荷を受ける鋼製桁1に生じた疲労亀裂2の内部に、エポキシ樹脂またはウレタン樹脂などの樹脂を注入するとともに、その疲労亀裂2の周囲に繊維含有強化材4を貼り付け、疲労亀裂の進展を抑制する。繊維含有強化材4としては、例えば炭素繊維のストランドをシート状に加工したものを用いることができる。【選択図】図3
