SMALL DIAMETER STEEL PIPE PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small diameter steel pipe pile and a construction method thereof for imparting high bearing power, by strengthening push-in resistance and drawing-out resistance in the ground, without requiring complicated processing for a steel pipe body.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a small diameter steel pipe pile 1 provided in the ground. The small diameter steel pipe pile 1 of applying the present invention comprises a steel pipe body 2 formed by extending in a pipe axial direction Y by winding a steel plate 6. The steel pipe body 2 comprises a joining part 21 on one end side 2a where end parts 6a in the width direction of the steel plate 6 are joined and an expansion part 22 for expanding an outer diameter of the steel pipe body 2 by moving the end part 6a in the width direction of the steel plate 6 toward the other end side 2b from the joining part 21, by providing the steel pipe body 2 in the ground.
【課題】鋼管本体に複雑な加工を必要とすることなく、地盤内の押込抵抗及び引抜抵抗を強化して、高い支持力が付与された小径鋼管杭及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤内に設けられる小径鋼管杭1に関する。本発明を適用した小径鋼管杭1は、鋼板6を巻くことで管軸方向Yに延びて形成される鋼管本体2を備える。鋼管本体2は、鋼板6の幅方向の端部が接合される一端側2aの接合部21と、鋼管本体2が地盤内に設けられることで、接合部21から他端側2bに向けて、鋼板6の幅方向の端部6aが移動して、鋼管本体2の外径を拡大させる拡大部22とを有する。【選択図】図1
