PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite plate containing the ferrite composition having high real part μ' and low imaginary part μ'' of complex magnetic permeability in high frequency band (e.g. 13.56 MHz), a member for antenna element containing the ferrite plate and an antenna element containing any of them.SOLUTION: There is provided a ferrite plate which is NiCuZn ferrite having a crystal particle diameter of a sintered body before separation of 1 μm to 20 μm and has a main component containing iron oxide of 43.0 to 50.0 mol% in terms of Fe2O3, copper oxide of 2.0 to 20.0 mol% in terms of CuO, zinc oxide of 16.0 to 28.0 mol% in terms of ZnO and the balance nickel oxide, and containing titanium oxide of 0.2 to 3.0 mass% in terms of TiO2, cobalt oxide of 0.25 to 3.0 mass% in terms of CoO as accessory components to the main component excluding inevitable impurities.
【課題】高周波数帯(たとえば13.56MHz)において複素透磁率の実部μ’が高く、かつ虚部μ”が低い、該フェライト組成物からなるフェライトプレートと、該フェライトプレートからなるアンテナ素子用部材と、これらのいずれかを備えたアンテナ素子とを、提供すること。【解決手段】分割前の焼結体の結晶粒径が1μm〜20μmであるNiCuZnフェライトで、主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2O3換算で43.0モル%〜50.0モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で2.0モル%〜20.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で16.0モル%〜28.0モル%を含有し、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成されており、前記主成分に対して、不可避不純物を除き、副成分として、酸化チタンをTiO2換算で0.2質量%〜3.0質量%、酸化コバルトをCoO換算で0.25質量%〜3.0質量%含有することを特徴とするフェライトプレート。【選択図】図1
