AUTOCLAVE CURE METHOD FOR CEMENT BOND AGGLOMERATED ORE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the initial strength development of cement bond agglomerated ore, and to reduce the moisture of cement bond agglomerated ore after curing.SOLUTION: Provided is an autoclave cure method for cement bond agglomerated ore where fine powdery ore is agglomerated using cement, including: (i)a step in which fine powdery ore is agglomerated using cement, is stood in a truck for carrying-curing having an aperture at the lower side, and is pre-cured for two hours or higher by a natural draft; and (ii) a step in which the same is subjected to normal curing for two hours or higher by saturated vapor at 150°C or higher by autoclave after that.
【課題】セメントボンド塊成鉱の早期の強度発現を実現するとともに、養生後のセメントボンド塊成鉱の水分を低減する。【解決手段】微粉鉱石を、セメントを用いて塊成化したセメントボンド塊成鉱の養生方法であって、(i)微粉鉱石を、セメントを用いて塊成化した直後に、下面に開孔を有する搬送・養生用台車に静置し、自然通風にて、2時間以上、前養生し、その後、(ii)オートクレーブで、150℃以上の飽和蒸気にて、2時間以上、本養生を行なうことを特徴とするセメントボンド塊成鉱のオートクレーブ養生方法。【選択図】図2
