FAST-CURING FLOOR MATERIAL AND HARD FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-system thin-coating-type of a fast-curing floor material capable of achieving a desired fluidity with a simple work at a construction site regardless of a temperature during the construction.SOLUTION: A floor material is made according to a specification which specifies three materials including a fast-curing cement for a powder part, acrylic emulsion for a liquid part, and a retardant to be mixed. For manufacturing of the floor material, an addition amount of the retardant is controlled at the construction site, and determined to suit a construction temperature based on a correlation data between temperatures during a construction time to mix the materials and corresponding addition amounts obtained from a blending design to suitably control a fluidity of the floor material, an amount of the retardant suitable to the construction temperature is determined, and the materials are mixed at the construction site.
【課題】施工場所における簡易な作業で、施工時の温度に関わりなく、所望の流動性を備えたセメント系の薄塗り型の速硬性床材を製造する。【解決手段】床材を、粉体部である速硬性のセメントと、液部であるアクリルエマルションと、遅延剤との三つの材料を混練して製造される仕様とする。床材の製造にあたって遅延剤の添加量を施工場所で管理し、床材の流動性を適正に制御するための配合設計により得られた、材料を混練する施工時の温度と遅延剤の添加量との相関データに基づき、施工温度に対応した遅延剤の添加量を決定し、施工場所で前記材料を混練する。【選択図】図1
