ADDITION TOOL AND ADDITION METHOD OF POWDER ADMIXTURE TO CEMENT KNEADED MIXTURE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF CEMENT KNEADED MIXTURE MIXED WITH POWDER ADMIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition tool and an addition method capable of adding a powder admixture to a cement kneaded mixture in a short time, simply and at a low cost and to provide the cement kneaded mixture, especially a quick-hardening cement kneaded mixture and the like, being mixed with the powder admixture satisfied with quality and being produced in a short time, simply and at a low cost.SOLUTION: A problem is solved by a funnel part having a shape fitting to a hopper or drum inlet of a truck agitator and a powder admixture addition tool consisting of a chute part communicating with the funnel part and capable of being inserted into the drum of the truck agitator. The length of the chute part is preferably 0.5-2.5 m. An addition method adding a powder admixture to a cement kneaded mixture includes: a step to insert the chute part of the powder admixture addition tool described in claim 1 or 2 from the hopper of the truck agitator loading an uncured cement kneaded mixture in the drum into the drum; and a step to charge a powder admixture to the funnel part.
【課題】短時間で、簡単に、かつ、低廉なコストでセメント混練物に粉体混和材を添加できる添加器具及び添加方法を提供することである。また、品質的にも満足できる粉体混和材を混和したセメント混練物、特に速硬性セメント混練物等の急硬性セメント混練物を、短時間で、簡単に、かつ、低廉なコストで提供すること。【手段】トラックアジテータのホッパ又はドラム入口に嵌合する形状の漏斗部と、この漏斗部に連通しトラックアジテータのドラムに挿入可能なシュート部からなる粉体混和材添加器具によって解決される。前記シュート部の長さが０．５ｍ〜２．５ｍであると好適である。また、ドラム内に未硬化のセメント混練物を積載したトラックアジテータのホッパからドラム内に、請求項１又は２記載の粉体混和材添加器具のシュート部を挿入する工程、該漏斗部に粉体混和材を投入する工程とを具備する。【選択図】図１
