PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete for spray blended a large amount of coal ash, good in pump press feedability as well as initial strength development property and a spray construction method using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a concrete for spray containing cement, coal ash, aggregate, polycarboxylic acid-based water-reducing admixture, and water with adjusting a unit amount of the cement to 300 kg/mto 400 kg/m, the unit amount of the coal ash to 180 kg/mto 300 kg/m, a slump value to 26 cm or more and a slump flow value to 350 mm to 450 mm.
【課題】石炭灰を多量に配合し、ポンプ圧送性が良好で、かつ初期強度発現性も良好な吹付け用コンクリート及びそれを用いる吹付け施工方法の提供。【解決手段】セメント、石炭灰、骨材、ポリカルボン酸系減水剤及び水を含有してなる吹付け用コンクリートであって、該セメントの単位量が３００ｋｇ／ｍ3〜４００ｋｇ／ｍ3であり、該石炭灰の単位量が１８０ｋｇ／ｍ3〜３００ｋｇ／ｍ3であり、スランプ値が２６ｃｍ以上、かつスランプフロー値が３５０ｍｍ〜４５０ｍｍに調整されることを特徴とする吹付け用コンクリート。【選択図】なし
