PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To halve its manufacturing number and the storage number, by providing a reinforcement edge crowning cap made to correspond to a projection dimension of two ways.SOLUTION: The reinforcement edge crowning cap 1 is provided for crowning vertical reinforcement edges X1 and X2 of crossing reinforcements S1 and S2, and has the vertical reinforcement insertion depths D1 and D2 of long-short two ways up to the inner bottom 2b of an insertion-fitting hole 2 for seating vertical reinforcement end surfaces Xa and Xb from respective end surfaces 3a and 3b in an insertion-fitting state to the insertion-fitting hole 2 of the vertical reinforcement edges X1 and X2 by forming the end surfaces 3a and 3b of upper-lower two stages having a predetermined step difference in one diameter direction in an opening part 2a of the insertion-fitting hole 2 of the vertical reinforcement edges X1 and X2, and can be used thereby to two kinds of crossing reinforcements S1 and S2 having projection dimensions T1 and T2 corresponding to the vertical reinforcement insertion depths D1 and D2 of such the two ways.
【課題】2通りの突出寸法に対応させた鉄筋端縁被冠用キャップを提供し、その製造数及び保管数を半減させる。【解決手段】交差鉄筋S1、S2の縦筋端縁X1、X2を被冠する鉄筋端縁被冠用キャップ1において、縦筋端縁X1、X2の挿嵌穴2の開口部2aには一直径方向で所定の段差を有する上下2段の端面3a、3bを形成することにより、縦筋端縁X1、X2の挿嵌穴2への挿嵌状態で上記各端面3a、3bから縦筋端面Xa、Xbが着座する挿嵌穴2の内底2bまでの長短2通りの縦筋挿入深さD1、D2を有することになり、かかる2通りの縦筋挿入深さD1、D2に対応した突出寸法T1、T2を有する2種類の交差鉄筋S1、S2に対する使用が可能となる。【選択図】図1
