PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately build a wall part on which a building appliance can be installed.SOLUTION: A partition wall part 15 has a pair of wall surface materials 21, 22 and a stud 33 set between the wall surface materials 21, 22. The partition wall part 15 separates a first habitable room 11 and a second habitable room 12. A wall-mounted appliance 41 installed in the first habitable room is attached to the partition wall part 15. An appliance backing board 45 is placed between adjacent studs 33 between the pair of wall surface materials 21, 22 of the partition wall part 15. The appliance backing board 45 is connected to the studs 33 via connection members 51. A slit is formed on the stud 33, and the connection member 51 is installed on the stud 33 by being inserted into the slit. The appliance backing board 45 is overlaid on a rear face of the first wall surface material 21, and the connection member 51 is placed on the opposite side of the first wall surface material 21 across the appliance backing board 45.
【課題】建物設備の取り付けが可能な壁部を好適に構築する。【解決手段】間仕切壁部１５は、一対の壁面材２１，２２と、これら壁面材２１，２２の間に設けられたスタッド３３を有している。間仕切壁部１５は第１居室１１と第２居室１２とを仕切っており、間仕切壁部１５には、第１居室１１に設置された壁付き設備４１が取り付けられている。間仕切壁部１５には、一対の壁面材２１，２２の間において、隣り合うスタッド３３の間に設備下地板４５が設けられている。設備下地板４５は、連結部材５１を介してスタッド３３に連結されている。スタッド３３には、スリットが形成されており、連結部材５１は、スリットに挿入されていることでスタッド３３に取り付けられている。設備下地板４５は、第１壁面材２１の裏面に重ねられており、連結部材５１は、設備下地板４５を挟んで第１壁面材２１とは反対側に配置されている。【選択図】 図１
