ROAD REINFORCEMENT EMBEDDED MESH SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt road reinforcement embedded mesh sheet that is a reinforcing mesh sheet of a new asphalt paving layer, and is superior in adhesion with asphalt in laying and facilitates peeling removal in the repair of an old asphalt paving layer, and to provide a mesh sheet for partial repair.SOLUTION: In a net-like flexible complex constituted by using a coarse fabric as a base fabric and a reactive adhesive resin layer to cover the entire surface and having a large number of gaps of substantially quadrangle or substantially triangle, the reactive adhesive resin layer is mainly constituted of a cross-linked acrylic acid resin. A heat reactive urethane prepolymer is contained by 3-15 mass% with respect to the amount of the cross-linked acrylic acid resin. The heat reactive urethane prepolymer contains a non-reactive isocyanate group in a molecular structure at a normal temperature. Further, a normal temperature non-reactive isocyanate group is obtained by adding a thermally dissociative organic compound to the isocyanate group.
【課題】新設アスファルト舗装層の補強目的のメッシュシートであって、敷設時にアスファルトとの接着性に優れ、老朽アスファルト舗装層補修時には引き剥がし除去が容易なアスファルト道路補強埋設用メッシュシート、及び部分補修用のメッシュシート提供。【解決手段】粗目織物を基布として、その全面を被覆する反応性接着樹脂層とで構成された、略四角形または略三角形の空隙を多数有するネット状の可撓性複合体において、反応性接着樹脂層を架橋アクリル樹脂を主体に構成し、この架橋アクリル樹脂量に対し、熱反応性ウレタンプレポリマーを3〜15質量%含み、熱反応性ウレタンプレポリマーが常温で非反応性のイソシアネート基を分子構造中に含み、しかも常温非反応性イソシアネート基がイソシアネート基に熱解離性有機化合物が付加したものとする。【選択図】図1
