CORROSION REPAIR METHOD FOR STEEL PIPE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion repair method for a steel pipe structure, which enables more inexpensive and efficient repair of corrosion caused on an inner surface of a steel pipe.SOLUTION: A configuration of a corrosion repair method for a steel pipe structure is a corrosion repair method for a steel tower 100 made of steel pipes 110a-110j. Characteristically, a balloon 170 in an unexpanded state is inserted from an opening of an upper part of the steel pipe 110d constituting the steel pipe structure; an area below a repair location within the steel pipe 110d is closed by expanding the balloon 170; and a filler (foam molding 152) is infilled above the balloon 170.
【課題】鋼管の内面に生じた腐食を、より低コストで効率的に補修することが可能な鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法を提供することを目的する。【解決手段】本発明にかかる鋼管構造物の腐食補修方法の構成は、鋼管110a〜110jからなる鉄塔100の腐食補修方法であって、非膨張状態のバルーン170を鋼管構造物を構成する鋼管110dの上部の開口から挿入し、バルーン170を膨張させることにより鋼管110d内の補修箇所より下方を閉塞し、バルーン170の上方に充填材(発泡成形体152)を充填することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
