REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for building unit that solidly supports the part of the building directly above even when there is no column, and enhances the feeling of openness and views at a corner in the lower floor.SOLUTION: A reinforcement structure is for a building unit 30 that forms an open space without a column at corners C1 and C2 in the lower floor of a unit-type building 1. The building unit 30 for an open space has a frame made of two or three columns 31 placed at corners and a plurality of beams 32 to 35, as well as reinforcement means connected to and reinforces the frame. The reinforcement means is placed between a corner with the column 31 and a corner without the column 31, and has at least reinforcing beams 38a and 38b that support from below a directly-above building part 20 located directly above the building unit 30 for an open space.
【課題】柱がない状態であっても直上部を確実に支持でき、下階コーナー部における開放感や景観性を向上させることが可能な建物ユニットの補強構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ユニット式建物１の下階コーナー部Ｃ１，Ｃ２に、柱がない状態の開放空間を形成するための建物ユニット３０の補強構造であって、開放空間用の建物ユニット３０は、隅部にそれぞれ配置される二本または三本の柱３１、複数の梁３２〜３５、からなる骨組みと、骨組みに連結されて当該骨組みを補強する補強手段と、を備える。補強手段は、柱３１がある隅部と柱３１がない隅部との間に配置され、かつ開放空間用の建物ユニット３０の直上に位置する直上部２０を下方から支持する補強梁３８ａ，３８ｂを少なくとも有する。【選択図】図３
