PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform construction management of a vertical pipe.SOLUTION: After a vertical pipe support unit 1 having sleeves 3A-3G for vertical pipe guide communicating a vertical pipe 5 to a through-hole 4 of a tabular substrate 2 and a vertical pipe support member 21 is positioned to a frame 12 constituting a skeleton, by fixing the vertical pipe support unit so as to be buried as a part of a floor surface 11 of the skeleton by reinforced concrete 10, construction of the vertical pipe 5 required for a building can be simply performed without using a machine for heavy object construction.
【課題】縦管の布設管理を簡便にできるようにする。【解決手段】縦管５を板状の基板２の透孔４に連通する縦管案内用スリーブ３Ａ〜３Ｇと縦管支持部材２１とを有する縦管支持ユニット１を、躯体を構成するフレーム１２に位置決めした後、鉄筋コンクリート１０によって、躯体の床面１１の一部として埋め込むように固定するようにしたことにより、建築物に必要な縦管５の布設を、重量物構築用機材を使用することなく簡便に行い得る。【選択図】図１
