PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care nursing environment in which even a long-term insurance pensioner who requires slight nursing care equal to or lower than 2-level needed care for which there is no facility to especially accept such people because of difficulties as business conventionally, can utilize nursing care inexpensively and fairly regardless of needed care levels.SOLUTION: In a dedicated nursing home that is an apartment house, spaces such as the bathroom, the toilet, the laundry and the kitchen other than private rooms of persons requiring care are shared. Therefore, since a structure of the building is simplified and cost of construction is reduced, charges for start living can be suppressed low. Thus, since persons requiring care are collected in the dedicated nursing hole, efficient nursing care can be implemented in hole operation. The person requiring care herein is allowed to easily utilize visit nursing case, consultation in medical facilities contracted by FC business headquarters, meals according to hospital diet for patients of diabetes or services of a fugue monitoring system or the like.
【課題】従来であれば経営的には困難との理由から専門に受け入れてくれる施設がない要介護度２以下の軽度な介護を必要とする介護年金受給者も、要介護度の軽重に係わらず廉価で平等に介護が受けられる介護環境を提供する。【解決手段】この共同住宅である専用在宅介護施設は浴室やトイレ、洗濯場、調理場など被介護者の個室以外は共同使用とすることにより建物の構造をシンプルにして建築費を削減することで入居費を安く抑えることが出来るので、専用在宅介護施設に被介護者が集まっていることで施設運営は効率的な介護が可能となるとともに、ここでの被介護者には訪問介護や、ＦＣ事業本部が契約した診療施設での受診、及び糖尿病患者などには病院食に準じた食事の提供、或は徘徊監視システムなどのサービスを容易に受けられるようにする。【選択図】なし
