SHUTTER OBSTACLE DETECTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter obstacle detection system which can promptly stop lowering of a shutter curtain in the vicinity of a full-closed position of the shutter curtain even when a shutter device has a high opening part.SOLUTION: A shutter obstacle detection system 30 which detects an obstacle to a shutter curtain 12 for opening and closing an opening part 1 comprises: a seat plate switch 31 which detects presence of the obstacle; a lowering position detection limit switch 34 which detects the lowering of the shutter curtain 12 up to a communication state change position; a transmitter 32 which transmits an obstacle detection state signal; a receiver 33 which receives the obstacle detection state signal; and an interlock relay 16 which performs opening/closing control of the shutter curtain 12 on the basis of the obstacle detection state signal. On condition that the lowering position detection limit switch 34 detects that the shutter curtain 12 is lowered to the communication state change position, a transmission state from the transmitter 32 to the receiver 33 is changed.
【課題】開口部が高い場合であっても、シャッターカーテンの全閉位置の近傍においてシャッターカーテンの降下を迅速に停止させることが可能になる、シャッター障害物検知システムを提供すること。【解決手段】開口部１を開閉するシャッターカーテン１２に対する障害物を検知するシャッター障害物検知システム３０であって、障害物が存在することを検知する座板スイッチ３１と、シャッターカーテン１２が通信状態変更位置まで降下したことを検知する降下位置検知リミットスイッチ３４と、障害物検知状態信号を送信する送信機３２と、障害物検知状態信号を受信する受信機３３と、障害物検知状態信号に基づいてシャッターカーテン１２の開閉制御を行う連動中継器１６を備える。シャッターカーテン１２が通信状態変更位置まで降下したことが降下位置検知リミットスイッチ３４によって検知されたことを条件として、送信機３２から受信機３３への送信状態を変更する。【選択図】図１
