PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting member which is applicable to various vertical roofing (vertically stretched) exterior structures constructed on an exterior surface such as a newly constructed or existing roof, is easily fitted onto a projecting part formed on an exterior material by an operation from above, and allows fitting of an externally installed member such as a solar cell module.SOLUTION: A fitting member 1 fixed to a projecting part 51 formed on an exterior material comprises an upper member 2 arranged above the projecting part 51 and on one of the right and the left of the projecting part 51, a lower member 3 arranged pivotably relative to the upper member and on the other of the projecting part 51, a fitting bolt 1B fitted to the lower member 3 and penetrating through the upper member 2, and a fastening nut 1C into which the tip of the fitting bolt 1B is screwed. The projecting part 51 is sandwiched between the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 from the right and the left and the fastening nut 1C is fastened to the fitting bolt 1B so that they are integrated into the fitting member 1, thereby the upper member 2 and the lower member 3 are locked together onto the projecting part 51, and the fitting bolt 1B is stood on the upper member 2.
【課題】新設、既設の屋根等の外装面に施工される多種の縦葺き（縦張り）外装構造に適用でき、外装材に形成される突状部に上方からの作業で容易に取り付け、太陽電池モジュール等の外設部材を取り付け可能な取付部材を提供する。【解決手段】外装材に形成される凸状部５１に固定する取付部材１を、凸状部５１の上方及び左右の何れか一方に配する上方部材２と、これに対して回動自在かつ凸状部５１の他方に配される下方部材３と、下方部材３に取り付けられて上方部材２を貫通する取付ボルト１Ｂと、取付ボルト１Ｂの先端に螺合される締着ナット１Ｃとからなり、上方部材２と下方部材３とで凸状部５１を左右から挟むように配設し、取付ボルト１Ｂに締着ナット１Ｃを締め付け、取付部材１を一体化することで、上方部材２及び下方部材３を凸状部５１に係止させ、取付ボルト１Ｂを上方部材２上に起立させる。【選択図】図１
