PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a hinge with a coil spring, a biasing force of the coil spring deteriorates after a long time use, and an end thereof may be chipped; the chipping may be included when the hinge is used in a food processing machine or the like; or an accident may be caused when the hinge is used in an automobile part or the like.SOLUTION: A hinge is formed by coupling connection sections of two wing plates by a connection shaft so as to be opened/closed, and applying a force to the wing plates by a spring wound on an outer periphery of the connection shaft, in an opening direction or closing direction. The spring is a spiral spring having an inside locking section locked to the connection shaft, and an outside locking section locked to one of the wing plates.
【課題】 コイルばねを使用した蝶番は、コイルばねが長年の使用で付勢力が劣化し、場合によっては端部が折損することがあり、蝶番が食品加工機械等に使用されていると折損した端部が食品に混入する危険があり、自動車部品等に使用されていると事故の原因となるおそれがあった。【解決手段】 二枚の翼板の連結部が連結軸で開閉可能に連結され、連結軸の外周に巻かれたばねにより両翼板に開方向又は閉方向の力が付勢された蝶番において、ばねを渦巻きばねとし、その内側係止部を連結軸に、外側係止部を一方の翼板に係止した。【選択図】図１
