EXCAVATION SOIL SORTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily executing such sorting, while largely reducing treatment cost, since soil can be reused and the root of a tree becomes general waste, when sorting the root of this tree and the soil, though there is a preferable case of only removing unnecessary thing included in the soil, when reusing excavation soil.SOLUTION: An excavation soil sorting device is composed of a body part composed of a pipe body and a mesh cylinder body, an introduction port for introducing sol to the body part and an agitation device for rotating on the body inside, and the body part is rotatingly driven, and the agitation device is formed by fixing a large number of agitation tools to a rotary shaft, and the body part is inclined downward toward an outlet, and a mobile compressed air jet nozzle is provided in an outside part of the mesh cylinder body, and a heater is also provided in a guide provided under the mesh cylinder body.
【課題】 掘削土の再使用において、土壌に含まれている不要なものを除去するだけでいい場合もある。この木の根と土壌を分別すると、土壌は再使用でき、木の根は一般廃棄物となり、処理費用が大きく軽減できる。このような分別を簡単に行う装置を提供する。【解決手段】 パイプ体とメッシュ筒体からなる本体部、該本体部に土壌を導入するための導入口、該本体内部で回転する攪拌装置から成り、該本体部は回転駆動され、該攪拌装置は回転軸に攪拌具を多数固着したものであり、該本体部は出口に向かって下方に傾斜しているものであって、該メッシュ筒体の外側部に移動式圧縮空気噴出ノズルが設けられ、且つ、該メッシュ筒体の下方に設けられたガイドにヒーターを設けたもの。【選択図】 図１
