BURNED PRODUCT CONTAINING ANORTHITE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for suppressing the production rate of an amorphous phase at a low level when obtaining a burned product containing coal ash from waste as a raw material as a main component and anorthite (CaAlSiO).SOLUTION: There is provided a burned product manufactured by burning a raw material having a residue after ignition at 950°C containing CaO of 20 to 45 mass%, AlOof 10 to 30 mass% and SiOof 35 to 55 mass% at 1000 to 1400°C and containing anorthite of 20 to 70 mass%, wollastonite of 5 to 35 mass% and having the content of an amorphous phase of 20 mass% or less.
【課題】廃棄物を原材料とする石炭灰を主成分としてアノーサイト(CaAl2Si2O8)を含有する焼成物を得るに際して、非晶質相の生成割合を低く抑える方法の提供。【解決手段】950℃での強熱後の残分が、CaOが20〜45質量%、Al2O3が10〜30質量%、SiO2が35〜55質量%の範囲内にある原料を1000〜1400℃で焼成し、アノーサイトを20〜70質量%、ウォラストナイトを5〜35質量%含み、且つ非晶質相含有量が20質量%以下である焼成物。【選択図】なし
