PRODUCTION METHOD OF SLAG, PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF SLAG AND SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water-granulated slag from adhering to conveying equipment and pulverizing equipment or damaging these equipment.SOLUTION: In a water-granulating step, a molten slag obtained by a reduction furnace 40 is water-granulated at a water granulation water amount/a molten slag amount of 10-40 to generate a water-granulated slag having a fineness modulus of 5 mm or less. In a water content control step, water content adhered to the water-granulated slag is separated while conveying the water-granulated slag by a belt conveyer 60, and the water-granulated slag from which water content has been separated on the belt conveyer 60 is placed on a water-granulated slag depot 70, so that a water content of the water-granulated slag having a fineness modulus of 5 mm or less is controlled to 4% or less.
【課題】水砕スラグが搬送設備や粉砕設備に付着する或いはこれらの設備が破損することを防止する。【解決手段】水砕工程において、還元炉40で得られた熔融スラグを、水砕水量/熔融スラグ量が10〜40のもとで水砕して粗粒率が5mm以下の水砕スラグを生成し、水分制御工程において、ベルトコンベアー60により、水砕工程で得られた水砕スラグを搬送しつつ、水砕スラグに付着していた水分を分離し、ベルトコンベアー60で水分が分離された水砕スラグを水砕スラグ置場70に置いて、水砕工程で得られた粗粒率が5mm以下の水砕スラグの水分を4%以下にする。【選択図】図1
