PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover unit and a fixture capable of preventing a skeleton from being exposed to flame even when a frame body is exposed to flame.SOLUTION: A cover unit includes: a cover member for covering an area between a frame body which is assembled with plural frame materials and is attached to a skeleton of a building and outer wall material of the building at the outdoor side of the skeleton, which is disposed along the frame material, and which, when attached to the frame body and the outer wall material, forms plural hollow parts extending in a longitudinal direction along the neighboring frame material being aligned in a depth direction at the outdoor side than the skeleton; a cap made of a resin for covering the hollow parts at the end of the cover member in the longitudinal direction; and a nonflammable or fire-resistant reinforcement member for covering a hollow part at the skeleton side in the plural hollow parts between the cover member and the cap.
