PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an increase in the degree of design freedom of a floor plan, without adversely affecting earthquake-resistant strength of a building.SOLUTION: A top floor-side frame 5 includes: two rigid-framed structures 7 and 9 that are provided away from each other in a span direction; a plurality of beams 13 that are provided at an interval in a girder direction between the rigid-framed structures 7 and 9 and that are extended in the span direction; and a wall-shaped column 15 for supporting at least some of the plurality of beams 13 from below. The wall-shaped column 15 is arranged in an intermediate position between the two rigid-framed structures 7 and 9 in such a manner as to separate in the span direction from the two rigid-framed structures 7 and 9.
【課題】建物の耐震強度に悪影響を与えることなく、間取りの設計自由度を高めることができるようにする。【解決手段】最上階側架構５は、梁間方向に離間して設けられた２つのラーメン構造体７，９と、これらのラーメン構造体７，９の間において桁方向に間隔をおいて設けられ梁間方向に延びる複数の梁１３と、複数の梁１３のうち少なくとも一部の梁１３を下方から支持する壁柱１５とを有する。壁柱１５は、２つのラーメン構造体７，９から梁間方向に離間するように２つのラーメン構造体７，９の中間に配置されている。【選択図】図３
