ROOF BASE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof base structure which uses a roof panel having predetermined heat shielding performance while ensuring a predetermined moisture transmission performance and ventilation performance, and which is capable of reducing labor hour and time required for construction.SOLUTION: A roof base structure uses a roof panel 10 which is manufactured after determining the disposition position by means of a CAD/CAM-system based on a design data on a roof of a house. The dimensions of a joining sheathing plywood 11 and the dimensions of a thermal insulation material 12 are arranged to be coincide with each other for each roof panel 10 so that neighboring thermal insulation materials 12 come into contact with each other in the upper and lower parts of a slope of a roof, ventilation layers 13 communicate with each other, and heat ray reflection layers 14 are connected to each other; or, the distance between the thermal insulation materials 12 and the width of balks 24 are arranged to be the same for each roof panel 10 so that the balks 24 are fitted between the neighboring thermal insulation materials 12 in a girder direction of the roof among plural roof panels 10.
【課題】所定の透湿性能と通気性能を維持しつつ所定の遮熱性能が付与された屋根パネルを使用し、施工に係る手間の簡易化及び短時間化を図ることができる屋根下地構造を提供する。【解決手段】屋根下地構造は、家屋の設計データに基づいたCAD/CAM−システムによって屋根上における配設位置を定めて製造された屋根パネル10を使用し、屋根の斜面の上下方向では隣接する断熱材12同士が相互に接触し、かつ通気層13同士が相互に連通して熱線反射層14同士が相互に繋がるように、屋根パネル10毎にそれぞれ野地合板11の寸法と断熱材12の寸法とを略一致させ、屋根の桁方向では隣接する断熱材12同士の間に垂木24が嵌合されるように、複数枚の屋根パネル10同士の間において、あるいは該屋根パネル10毎にそれぞれ、断熱材12同士の間隔と垂木24の幅とを略一致させる。【選択図】図4
