PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic ball which has high pressure resistance but can be relatively easily broken by an impact force such as a striking force.SOLUTION: The ceramic ball member has an outer peripheral surface which is almost spherical and an inner peripheral surface, is mainly composed of ceramic containing at least carbon, and has a larger carbon content ratio in its inside area including the inner peripheral surface than in its outer area including the outer peripheral surface.
【課題】 高い耐圧性を有しつつ、打撃力等の衝撃力で比較的簡単に破壊することができるセラミックボールを提供する。【解決手段】 略球状の外周面と、内周面とを有する部材であって、少なくとも炭素を含むセラミックスを主成分とし、前記内周面を含む内側領域の炭素含有割合が、前記外周面を含む外側領域の炭素含有割合に比べて大きいことを特徴とするセラミックボール部材を提供する。【選択図】 図1
