PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide type fitting capable of lightly opening-closing a sash, capable of preventing abrasion of a seal member, and capable of surely sealing a clearance.SOLUTION: An upper seal member 82 is provided in an upper groove 42 of a sash 30, and an upper seal receiving part 84 is provided on an upper rail 40 fitted to its upper groove 42. A lower seal member 92 is provided in a lower groove 46 of the sash 30, and a lower seal receiving part 94 is provided on a lower rail 44 fitted to its lower groove 46. The upper seal member 82 and the lower seal member 92 are projectingly provided in the crossing direction with the moving direction of the sash 30. The sash 30 is constituted so that the whole is displaced upward when closed, and when the sash 30 is displaced upward, the upper seal member 82 and the lower seal member 92 are constituted so as to contract with the upper seal receiving part 84 and the lower seal receiving part 94.
【課題】障子を軽く開閉でき、かつ、シール部材の磨耗を防止でき、かつ、隙間を確実にシールできるスライド式建具を提供する。【解決手段】障子３０の上溝４２に上部シール部材８２を設け、その上溝４２に嵌められる上レール４０に上部シール受け部８４を設ける。障子３０の下溝４６に下部シール部材９２を設け、その下溝４６に嵌められる下レール４４に下部シール受け部９４を設ける。上部シール部材８２及び下部シール部材９２は、障子３０の移動方向と交差する方向に突出させて設ける。障子３０は閉じられると、全体が上方に変位する構成とし、障子３０が上方に変位すると、上部シール部材８２及び下部シール部材９２が、上部シール受け部８４及び下部シール受け部９４に接触する構成とする。【選択図】図４
