CONCRETE FORM FASTENING METAL FITTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form fastening metal fitting having a structure in which a screw part is screwed into a constant position and not screwed more than the constant position when screwing the screw part of a separator into a screw hole of the concrete form fastening metal fitting, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: In a concrete form fastening metal fitting 7 which is screwed into a screw part 4 of a concrete form separator 3, and fastens a concrete form 2, a cylinder part 8 and a washer fixing part 9 continuous to the cylinder part 8 are integrally formed, a screw hole 10 having a thread on its internal face is arranged at the cylinder part 8 in an axial direction, and a wedge fitting hole 12 for fitting a wedge is formed at the washer fixing part 9. Also in the concrete form fastening metal fitting 7, a protrusion 15 for prohibiting the screw-in of the screw part 4 is formed at the internal face of the screw hole 10 by press-processing the outside of the cylinder part 8.
【課題】コンクリート型枠締付金具のねじ孔にセパレータのねじ部をねじ込む際に、一定の位置にねじ込まれ、それ以上にねじ込まれない構造のコンクリート型枠締付金具及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート型枠用セパレータ３のねじ部４に螺合させてコンクリート型枠２を締め付けるコンクリート型枠締付金具７であって、円筒部８とこの円筒部８に続いて座金固定部９が一体に形成され、内面にねじが形成されたねじ孔１０が円筒部８の軸方向に設けられ、座金固定部９には楔を嵌入させる楔嵌入孔１２が形成されたコンクリート型枠締付金具７において、円筒部８の外側をプレス加工してねじ孔１０の内面にねじ部４のねじ込みを阻止する突起１５が形成されているコンクリート型枠締付金具。【選択図】図３
